Easy way Power Supply repair 12v

Here in this video I am going to test, diagnose and repair network hardware devices media converter rack (MC) Power Supply.
This power supply Flashing Green Light. I Found Output capacitor is bad. This 2200uf 16V.
When replace Capacitor it's turn on.
